Policies
- Privacy -
Customer contact information is retained by Osprey Electronics for the purpose of communications necessary for completing a project, and for billing purposes. Contact information will never be used for advertising or sold to a third party.
- Ownership -
All schematics, pcb layouts and code become the property of the customer. Osprey Electronics claims no rights to ideas embodied in a customer project. Unless otherwise requested, a copy of every project is kept as backup, but will never be distributed off site.
- Billing -
Projects are billed upon completion; payment terms are 30 days maximum unless other arrangements are made. Some customers may be required to pre-pay for high cost prototype parts or if there is a history of late payment.
Payment methods currently are company check or PayPal. Sorry, at this point we cannot directly accept credit cards.
