In addition to design entry and prototype assembly, Osprey Electronics can perform a functional test of your hardware, including hardware test code generation for popular microcontrollers such as atmel's AVR and Microchip's PIC series.
Optionally, complete operational firmware can be provided as specified by the customer. C/C++ and assembly language are primary, but some microcontrollers require programming in a BASIC type language.
